Jamie Donaldson brings his knowledge of sharpening to this course that is absolutely necessary for all Lathe Turners. He covers the basics of grinders, grinding wheel selection and setup, various jigs and their applications, and specific techniques for sharpening scrapers, gouges and skews. Students are encouraged to bring their turning tools to learn how to sharpen them. You will have ample time to work on your own tools during this hands on class!
